Keeping in mind the time and labor that goes into product refunds are not offered. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items via the original payment within one week of initiation.
All products go through stringent quality checks, but unevenness in color & texture of print is a characteristic of a natural process.
If in case there is an issue with a product, it has to be to be notified to us within 3 days of delivery via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line your order ID - Exchange/return. All returns have to be authorized by us before you send them back. We hold every right to reject a return in case there is a delay in delivery.
The product must not be worn, washed and must be returned in original condition with original tags. If the conditions are met, the return will be initiated. We are not responsible for customs delays and duties. The shipping charged originally is not refundable and is to be borne by the customer.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS cannot be exchanged/returned at any cost, but you can contact us for any sizing related queries or alterations.
Wobofashion reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product feels used or damaged by the customer.
